I have 55 days until my holiday, I need to lose around 21lbs and hopefully I can shift the bulk of this before I go.
Any other tips on how I can feel more confident, I know every body is a bikini body but I'm not the most confident in myself, especially my legs, even in the hot weather we've had recently I've been in jeans or opaque tights.
Holiday is a family holiday so nothing too impractical and I don't like gyms but don't mind a fitness DVD (already have 30DS and various Davina)
