I want to be rid of both- maybe with one product? because presumably they are both keratotic tissue? someone said acid toner, Pixi tonic hasn't shifted either. I cleanse and polish face and have scrubbed knees with lemons and moisturise very well anyway but now started using coconut oil very often to no great effect.
It seems like both problems need some strong products.
Thanks

I use Biologique Recherche P50 (which is a stronger acid) on knees and elbows, but it's just the remnants from doing my face and wouldn't buy it specifically for that. You can get Avene Akerat 30 specifically for this issue on knees and elbows, I've never tried it myself but it's probably the most heavy duty thing out there. It's a 30% urea cream, which is chemically exfoliating, same ingredient as used in the heavy duty foot creams and for KP treatment.

For the nose you need BHA not an AHA like Pixi. I prefer the 2% Skin Perfecting Liquid BHA from Paula's Choice (just buy the travel size if only using on the nose, it'll last forever) but sometimes people have more success with the 2% BHA from her Clear range, and confusingly one is named differently but exactly the same as the 2% SP one ingredient-wise, so pay attention to which one you're getting. Build up use gradually and wear sunscreen every day, etc. etc,
