Something to wear for afternoon tea at Claridges.

What colours/style do you like? Anything it must/must not have (sleeves, length, neck style).

I'm a size 18 apple and would probably wear a tea dress with pretty flats (heels would look fab but I can't wear them!)

I tend to go for wrap front midi dresses or empire line maxi dresses - they hid a multitude of sins. If sleeveless I stick a shrug on the top as I don't like my upper arms.

Have you tried anything by Chesca at a big John Lewis? They helped me find a gorgeous outfit for a wedding when I was literally in tears. I like Boden's pretty heavyweight jersey wrap front or empire line dresses too but have to go up a size for boobs. Grin
