Strapless bras / stick-on cups for small boobs

Hi,

I'm a 32B and am really struggling with bras to wear under my summer clothes.

Every strapless bra I've ever owned has been hideously uncomfortable, I think it's something to do with the shape of my ribcage, the wires really dig into the middle of my breastbone.

I've bought some cheapie stick on cups from Amazon - they unstuck themselves midway through a night out last weekend! So I ended up going braless!

I'm off on my hols soon and have loads of beautiful dresses that need a strapless bra or stick on cups underneath. So please can I have your recommendations for either option? A comfortable strapless bra or stick on cups that stay stuck on?! Thank you!

The only strapless ones I have had any success with are from Matalan. I have found that you have to go up in the chest measurement and down in the cup to be comfortable with a strapless when you're a smaller size. (I am normally 36B but wear 38A if strapless).

I am a 32g and have always found the wonder bra ultimate strapless really good. I had one when I was a smaller size as well and I will never bother with any other strapless now. It does not move. Wore it for about 12 hours today in the heat and was fine.

If you're small of boob, do you need to wear a bra? Or is it to avoid showing off your nipples?

I wear bras with t shirts and deep v necks, but for any summery tops where I'd need a strapless bra, I generally go without (have been known to stick on a plaster to avoid perky nips, or those nipple cover things if I'm feeling fancy!!) Grin

Should pay attention to this thread as I don't own a strapless bra and maybe I may need one at some point!!

Hi banana,

I guess I don't technically need to wear one but always have and feel a bit naked without! I feel better with a bit of extra padding / shape.

But nipple covers will definitely be the way forwards if I can't find anything else!
