I asked a few weeks ago, got some amazing advice and finally made it along to the shops today.

Usual bra size bought 34DD or 36D.

Today I bought 3 new bras....... 30FF!!!!

I measured the other day and am apparently a 28j not 32g... Hmmcan't confirm yet as I could only order bras in that size unsurprisingly Envy

I bet! I'm a 30F or FF and would have my boobs around my waist in a 36D Grin

I went from 36DD to 34F or FF depending on the style. My boobs look amazing now! I was feeling grumpy before and now I know why!!! 😂

BusterGonad · 10/07/2017 15:53

Frumpy!

BusterGonad · 10/07/2017 15:55

M&S measured me once as 40DD Fuckers!!!!

MrsMeeseeks · 10/07/2017 15:57

From 38dd to 32F.

Thank you, wise woman at Rigby & Peller.

Went from 32C to a 30G!

The difference was incredible.

I'm jealous of all of you - I couldn't get it to work for me at all! I was wearing a 30C and the bra intervention said I should be a 28E. I tried on a 28E, a 28DD and a 30D and all of them looked like a pre-teen trying on her mothers bras! Now I just wear sports bras or dress size bras from h&m....
