IPL / Lumea / why have I just heard about this?

So I'm shite at pain tolerance and the hair removal cream / razor , and have read rave reviews about lumeas. Can anyone recommend 'if' and 'which' for bikini area and do I invest?!

It's worked well for me, reduced hair by approx 70%. I'm still trying to kill what's left though.
My pain tolerance is low and this has been fine. Clean and quick too!

I have fair skin and dark hair so am the most suitable complexion though..

My lumea is pretty much the next thing I have ever bought. Got it about 18 months ago and it's changed my life!!

I have this one which has an attachement for the bikini area.

I had the Boots soft skin and it was rubbish would the lumea work for chin hair ?

Lumea also my best ever buy!

If it does what it says on the tin then it's well worth the £££. I'm medium skin toned though and fair hair. Excited it could be the answer !

It's unlikely to work well, if at all, on fair hair. It needs the darker pigment to be effective.

I had the Boots equivalent too, and it really didn't work for me. I have dark hair, too, so I'm not sure why it wouldn't. Wondering if the Lumea might be better/actually work? It's a big outlay.

Oh crap. That's a real shame. I did wonder.

I have the Iluminage Touch which is advertised as able to work on a multitude of skin and hair tones.
I have light reddish brown hair and fair skin. It's early days but so far so good- it's definitely reducing the hair. I have patches on my legs that haven't come back.
