What is the best home tint kit for eyebrows/lashes?

I want to tint my eyebrows at home. I'm fair-skinned with mousey hair naturally. Can you recommend a good, reasonably priced kit for me to pop my home-tinting cherry with?

Watching this as someone before said use just for men moustache and beard but when I bought it the instructions said do not use on eyebrows or eyelashes. I wonder if I can use it

I did my brows today, totally transformed my face, in a good way. I used natural brown on my brows and blue black on my lashes.
