Pre teen skin- should DS start using cleansers etc?

He is almost 12 and has started getting a few spots on his nose. Should I get him a cleanser and moisturiser? If so which are good for young skin?

Liz Earle hot cloth cleanser is great for all skin types including teenage/young skin imo, and the light moisturiser is great for anyone that is oily or prone to spots.
