Barry M Matte Lipsticks- they're quite good, aren't they?

Hi,

So I've been wearing the same kind of lipstick for years. Nudey, plumby shades with a bit of shimmer and I'm bored of playing it safe.

I've bought loads of 'out my comfort zone' lipsticks over the years, but never wear them more than once....round the house

Anyway, I didn't want to be lured to yet another beauty counter, only to cave and spend £25 on a lipstick, I know I won't wear. I headed to Barry M and thought to myself, well, if I don't wear this again, it's £4 lost, so not crazy money. I've always liked the idea of a pink, so just picked up one of their pink matte lipsticks and I LOVE IT!

It's creamy, not drying, it's high pigment, it's not really OTT bright, so very wearable. It's just lovely. I finally feel like I'm out of my lipstick comfort zone....and I like it

Just thought I'd share.

Anyone else loving these?

I haven't tried Barry M but I've got a Sleek lipstick in Vixen for about the same price. I love it but am on the look out for a nude so will try Barry M. Thanks for the recommendation.

I just my first matte lipstick the other day after a recommendation- NYX, it's a kind of liquid one. I like it, might try another brighter shade when I'm feeling brave!!
