Help me find some boob tape!

I have 34E boobs and I'[m wearing this dress:

Lipsy Dress

I have ordered a low back bra converter but I'm not sure if you would see my usual bra at the sides?

Would a stick on bra work and then some heavy duty boob tape just to make sure it doesn't slip?

And it's for tomorrow....!

The low back converter should work on that, I think.

If not, do you have a tailor/dry cleaning place that does repairs nearby? If so, whizz in there with an old bra and get them to sew the cups into the front of the dress for inbuilt support.
