The last year or so I've had permed hair; only get it done every 7 months or so and don't do anything else to it aside from wash and use a little oil.
I have a strip of very stubborn hair that just insists onot being frizzy, the rest of it is fine. It's distinctly dryer than the restime and never curly, just fluffy.
I've tried to show it in the photo.
Any tips on how to fix it? I like my hair permed but half the time it just looks a mess cause of the frizzy patch.
