Hi all, a year after having DD my period has come back and with it a terrible outbreak of spots. My period has now finished (and I think I'm currently ovulating for the second time) but the spots haven't cleared up. Mixture of cystic acne under the skin and little pimples, both on my chin and by my eyebrows.
Any suggestions for how to get this under control? It doesn't help that I'm an habitual picker... I'm still breastfeeding, in case that makes a difference.
