I've been on and off blonde for years now with a combination of either pure bleach or highlights. The last 2 years roughly, I have been asking for full head highlights to get a white/ash blonde result that I would rather be grey blonde than a yellow blonde.
Each time they always say, we will do a full head of highlights and then use a toner to take out the brassy colours despite me saying this is what happens every time and it doesn't work. It never gets as light or ash toned as I like and end up with that yellow brassy look despite using purple shampoo.
I will attach photos of the colour I am looking for in hope that someone can advise me what to ask for as the current job I'm paying for isn't getting me there! Thanks
