Very short hair + classic perm, what percentages are we giving on the outcome of my ending up with a Keegan? Shall we run a book?

Yes, smaller at the back but larger and very tight on the top as my hairs not layered to keep it even.

And is it's an acid perm it doesn't knacker the hair.

I saw a teenage girl with very long hair and what had to be a spiral perm on the bus the other day. Perms really do seem to be coming back.

This is how I would love my hair. I do actually have quite a natural wave/curl as it gets longer but I'm shit at hair and would never be able to get it looking like this, even with a decent perm like HD's
