What do you make of these trousers?

I'm changing wardrobe to attempt to look 'expensive' on a budget and came across these trousers. What do you make of them? Intend to wear with block black ankle boots and grey jumper.

Actually, I don't like the seams over the knees. What are they made of?

Are they suede?? You be a sweaty mess and end up with engrained creases. Am another who doesn't like the knee seams either, sorry
