Best eyeliner for retro flicks?

Kat Von D Tattoo is the only one I can manage, and it's totally budge-proof.

Loreal do a pen with a long thin nib which is excellent for flicks.

Rimmel Colour Precise 24hr felt tip. I used to love the Collection felt tip but it is awful for smudging if you get the faintest drop of water/rain/sweat. The Rimmel doesn't budge and is just as good for getting a feline flick.

I dunno if they still do it but Gosh at superdrug had a liner that doesn't budge without eye make up remover. I trace out the line with the loreal pen and go over it with the gosh liner so it doesn't move.

10Betty10 that's so bizarre; I've had the exact opposite experience! Maybe I just got a bad one but my Rimmel one was really smeary!

Definitely seconding Kat Von D. Tried that out once and have not used anything else ever since!

I find the Rimmel one really waterproof, how odd! Although am now massively tempted to try the Kat Von D as have heard rave reviews of that before too.

The collection 2000 is fabulous!! It's like £3 and I put it on at 7am and take it off at 7pm it's just amazing

I prefer Stila stay all day to Kvd personally
