Hi i am after tips to improve my skin. To be honest i have been really lax with my skincare routine recently. Im currently anemic and vit d deficient and have been feeling crappy with virus ect and have just neglected my skin. It just looks dull and im a bit spotty round my chin which i always get round that time of month anyway. I started cleansing , toning and exfoliating again this week and am trying to make sure i drink enough water as dont think ive been drinking enough. Can anyone suggest any good skin care products ? Cant really afford anything too expensive. Oh also im 32 and would say combination skin. Thanks in advance

Superdrug does a dupe of Liz Earle's Hot Cloth Cleanser that's brilliant. I'd also suggest a visit to The Ordinary website to find a moisturiser or serum that'll plump up dehydrated skin. Their prices are generally very good.

Other than that, I'd say check your exfoliator and make sure it's not too harsh; using the ones with beads in can really aggravate your skin. I've got such oily skin but exfoliating less and cleansing (gently) more has helped my skin no end.

Bravura is also very good for acids to brighten, and their customer service is second to none, so they'll advise you as to what you need depending on your skin type.
