Too big on waist for hip ratio
But so narrow round hem and not stretchy enough that I can't walk properly or get in and out of car!
I'm salvaging it by cutting it very short and will keep for beach only

I bought this demin skirt and it's a keeper. I'm usually a size 28 but the 26 is a much better fit. If it's for you order your normal size and a size smaller.
