Buying from US via a 'dummy' address

I'm keen to get my paws on some sunglasses from the US - but the store doesn't ship to the UK.

Has anyone used a shipping service which 'ghosts' a US address for the initial delivery, then forwards the package on to the UK??

I'd be grateful for feedback ...

I've used my mallbox & stackry before with no issues, it's quite straight forward tbh

Ive used gosend.com, some websites accept a visa without us address and others wont but go send can order for you in that instance.

Only issue i had, which was nothing to do with gosend was my credit card was flagged incase it was stolen so i had to explain to bank i was buying online and transactions were fraudulent

I've used Borderlinx - they are good, they also have a concierge service where they will buy stuff on your behalf - I've found most US companies won't accept a card with a UK billing address.

I've used BundleBox several times in the past with no issues. The items I was buying were quite large too - think snowsports equipment!

I've used www.myusa.com for over 6 years. Works a treat. I used to pay a monthly fee and got cheaper shipping but found I didn't buy enough to make it really worth while. So now just have a free membership.
