Finery London sizing

Ive seen this dress and was considering it for a summer wedding. I've put on a few pounds and am currently between a 12 and 14 depending on the cut. 32FF chest, small waist but c-section shelf unfortunately and mild doastesis and absolutely enormous bum and thighs. Do these come up loose or tight on bottom half?

I find Finery sizing to be absolutely enormous but I am very short so hopefully someone more averagely sized can confirm if this is true for everyone.

Thank you, I'm 5 5 so fairly average height. I generally find things loose on top and tight on bottom, but happy to alter too to fit if needed.
