I've tried and loved clarins and decleor but so expensive!

I have body shop but I don't like it sadly. Any other suggestions?

afternoonnapper · 20/06/2017 19:18

The Ordinary is great or the body shop do some good ones

tshirtsuntan · 20/06/2017 19:18

Waitrose pure is nice.

Liiinoo · 20/06/2017 19:20

I buy vitamin e oil on eBay. If I m feeling fancy I might add some neroli or ylang ylang. Works a treat.

PaperdollCartoon · 20/06/2017 20:14

I like Neals Yard

Stuffofawesome · 20/06/2017 20:16

Dr organic argan oil one from holland and Barratt.

Judydreamsofhorses · 20/06/2017 20:18

I started using the Botanics one from Boots as an emergency stop-gap when I ran out of Kiehls Midnight Recovery just before payday. I'm now on my third bottle and have never re-purchased MRC.

VintagePerfumista · 20/06/2017 20:19

Mix your own.

Years ago my reflexologist taught me that Decleor (especially) but also Trilogy and the like are all basic oils in fancy boxes. The Neal'sYard not so much- as they do use top notch ingredients. The Body Shop Oils of Life are made from fairly cheap base oils.

Good quality organic base oils and some essential oils if you like, and you've saved a fortune.

Cumberlover76 · 20/06/2017 20:22

Boot Botanics, quite often on offer and mostly organic.

MrsDoylesTeabags · 20/06/2017 20:24

Can you recommend a good recipe Vintage ? I'm currently using Body Shop vitamin E oil but I do like mixing oils to use in my hair

LadyPenelopeCantDance · 20/06/2017 20:27

Boots botanics is only a few quid and smells lovely.

Ktown · 20/06/2017 20:39

Grapeseed oil from holland and Barrett
Amazing non clogging stuff

ihatethecold · 20/06/2017 20:46

I use Sanctuary facial oil.
It seems to be on offer quite often.

OCSockOrphanage · 20/06/2017 20:52

marula oil from TK Maxx! If you see some, grab it. It's lovely, for £7.

user1494050295 · 20/06/2017 20:53

Neals yard wheatgerm oil. Swear by it.

TheMasterNotMargarita · 20/06/2017 20:57

Sanctuary one is nice.

Dailystuck71 · 20/06/2017 20:59

I really like Holland and Barrett's Sweet Almond oil.

MrsDoylesTeabags · 22/06/2017 18:05

LikeSilver they do a big bottle of sweet almond oil in Superdrug and its only a couple of quid. KTC is the brand and it's in the hair section but you can use it on your skin too.

fiorentina · 22/06/2017 19:21

Waitrose Pure is good

phoenix1973 · 22/06/2017 19:25

Manseed. Very cheap, sometimes free.

lilydaisyrose · 22/06/2017 19:26

Apologies for the hijack but when do you use facial oil? Before moisturising? Or at night? Do you cleanse/tone first? What if you want to wear a primer too?

MrsDoylesTeabags · 22/06/2017 19:47

I use facial oil at night after cleansing and toning. I usually use it alone in place of moisturiser unless my skin's feeling really dehydrated then I will use moisturiser on top. You only need a couple of drops, rub it in your hands to warm it up and pat it on your face and neck.

niknac1 · 22/06/2017 20:45

My trusty facial oil, available online from my trusty sunflower NHS or from Superdrug. It's very good and not expensive

Wolfiefan · 22/06/2017 20:46

Sanctuary one is lovely. I used to use decleor too!
