I'm going to boil aren't I?
This is a special treat and I really don't want to look a shiny, red mess.
I have a particularly sun hat but it's got a big brim so I think it's a no. Happy to buy a new one.
Give me tips of keeping cool and looking vaguely stylish?

Any hot weather style gurus out there?

Sunhat, sunglasses, sun cream, water, facial spray that you get in Boots, small pack of handwipes for hands/neck etc

Wear something that covers your shoulders or they will burn, and something white or pale to reflect the sun, definitely don't wear dark colours, make sure its loose fitting.

take some nice body spray or eau de toilette to freshen up at some point.

you can get the small battery operated fans, or just a general fan, better than wafting the thick programme around!

seats are plastic, so if your dress/skirt is quite short when you sit down, you will stick to the seat!
