I want to make a hairdressers appointment but I don't know what I should ask to get done. I want to get a full fringe but as for the rest of it I'm not sure. I'd like a different colour but I always go darker, so maybe lighter? But how light can my hair colour really go? Budget is around £120, but I may just opt for a cut if I can't find a colour that I like? I don't want to go red (as in bright red) or black. Open to anything else. What haircut do you think will look good? I have green/brown eyes, I'm tall, size 12/14, and very very pale.
