Work Summer Shoes

Hi, can anyone recommend some stylish but work appropriate Summer shoes that actually don't rub my feet to shreds? I've just binned another pair that have caused my feet damage and I cant work out what to try now?

I bought some lovely sandals from TK Maxx yesterday, suitable for work I think.
