Anyone tried Mac Pro Longwear Foundation?

And if you have, what's the best way to apply it?

Currently using Estée Lauder Doublewear and have used a beauty blender, fingers and brush to apply but I've heard the long wear dries too quickly to blend so looking for some pointers!

Any advice gladly received to ensure I don't look ridiculous when I'm out for drinks this weekend Smile

The concealer is great but does dry fast
Perhaps if you dilute it with moisturiser you will have a little more spreading time

Thanks Ktown. I'll give it a go. I hope the foundation is as open to being mixed as the concealer. Day one of testing today so I'll have to see it goes and tweak from there.

I hope you got a sample unless I have awful advice!

I avoid Mac foundations like the plague. Like rubbing cake mix into your face!

I had this foundation. I have the oiliest skin known to man and the foundation was too dry for me and that is saying something. I had to chuck mine out. Sorry op! Hope you get on better with it.

It seems to be going well so far and I've had it on for around 8 hours so I'm impressed!

I've been using DW for ages but it was starting to break up on my nose as the day went on so wanted to try other things.

Applied with fingers then blended with a damp beauty blender and it looks good. I look a lot more alive than I did the the DW but that's probably more down to the shade.

I'm surprised about the dryness name. It's keeping mine at bay so far and doesn't seem dry at all....yet. Was it after wearing for a while that you noticed the dryness?
