Hi All. After getting my allergies diagnosed looks like I am going to have to invest in a whole load of "no shit" make up.

So whilst I say organic I probably mean natural. Is there a range people use?

I can use a fair amount of body shop stuff but not all of it.

I been trawling the sites but it's a a whole new set of brands I'm unfamiliar with.

Anyone have a go to brand?

What allergies and what type of skin do you have? Organic/natural doesn't necessarily mean that it would be better for your skin. Lots of "natural" brands used essential oils that can react with your skin.

You could try The French pharmacy brands like La Roche Possay, Avene, Bioderma that are not organic but have fewer ingredients. Cerave is another range that does not have too many ingredients.

If you are really keen on organic, try Neal's Yard Remedies, Green People , Weleda and Dr Hauschka.

It's a few specific chemicals found in loads of shampoos and make up etc. I did notice that the embryolisse brand works for me and with a few ingredients in as you point out.

I have dry skin. Neals yard stuff also works well.

It's makeup that's the challenge really. Any brand along the same lines?

RMS Beauty is very nice for subtle make up. I really like their Lip & Cheek stains, especially the Demure and Beloved shades.

Dr Hauschka has some good bits like eye shadows and pencils and also The Organic Pharmacy has a few bits you may like. The colours are a bit limited.

Jane Iredale cosmetics is another company worth looking at. My friend who has rosacea loves their make up.

This Danish brand is really lovely for skincare, body care and hair care. They do starter sets if you want to trial it before you commit to full sizes. You have to order from Denmark though.
