Vest top with high enough neck

hello all
looking for a vest top that doesn't show full decolletage - (creased and large of nork so don't want to flash people at work).

I am finding most places are selling the usual scoop neck style.

except yesterday, I tried on one in the local cheap shop but it billowed out. It was marked "tank top" but I was a bit surprised to look as though I was actually pregnant. With a tank.

I've got some nice ones from Marks & Spencer.

Ooh the Oasis one is lovely but a bit pricey and smart.
I gave tried m & s but they seem to be all scoop neck.

Uniqlo ones are great. Thick straps and ample coverage around the sides and back. They are scoop I suppose but not low at all. Quite long too.
