Self gifting necklace

I finished a really long course today. I want to self gift a necklace to myself.

Not Tiffany, what other quality places I should look at? Around 150.... Is that reasonable?

Antique on etsy.com. You can get some superb stones for not much money, and which you won't see anyone else wearing.
