Interview attire

Have an interview for a professional NHS job.
I know the interviewer well and this is pretty much a formality interview.

I am planning on wearing a simple fitted shift dress. Given the weather is going to be hot next week. Would it be acceptable to wear open toed heeled sandals? Something like these.
My feet are decent and manicured!

i wouldn't as I wouldn't wear a dress without tights to an interview and the toes would look weird. If its stinking hot and you have to take public transport take closed toe shoes and tights in your bag and change in a loo before the interview.

I personally wouldn't wear open toe shoes to an interview .

I also conduct interviews as part of my job role and think open toe would be too informal .
Also some workplaces require an orientation / work sample / tour of the workplace and open toe shoes are not always permitted for safety reasons.
( this is the case in my workplace )
