Summer work tops help!

Hello,

I am seriously struggling with spring/summer workwear and was wondering if anyone could help!

I work in a relatively formal office which is basically a big glass box and gets very warm indeed,

I'm a size 16 and have horrendous arms, so am looking for a few different tops with at least some sleeve to go with pencil skirts. Does anyone have any ideas? I have boobs and a waist so structured ish tends to be better to avoid looking like a sack of potatoes. All the ones I've found so far have been jersey material which is great for autumn but far too hot for now.

The boden ravello tops are usually recommended? Not sure about the sleeve lengh tho.

I was ideally looking for something with slightly longer sleeves than that, but the shape seems ok.

I was going to say the ravello tops - they aren't structured but do tuck in nicely. I actually took most of mine to a dressmaker and had them shaped slightly through the waist, because I have huge boobs so need to size up at least two sizes. I think the sleeves are office appropriate, and honestly - your arms are functional, you don't need to torture yourself with how they look. In any case, after years of being large, I've realised that people know I'm big no matter what I wear - so there is no point sweltering in the mistaken belief I'm fooling anyone.

I'm a 12. I have a couple of the Bordello tops after seeing them recommended on here, but the 14s fit me better than the 12s because...norks.... I wear them with a light cotton jacket over.
