Beautiful but quirky ball gowns? Where?

nobodysfool · 08/06/2017 22:58

I have a charity ball to attend in August .
I'm 5ft and a size 10-12 with a 30gg bust and cherry red shoulder length hair.
Being short I'm prepared to have the gown altered if needed.
I usually lean towards quite funky clothes with a quirky twist but also embrace classic and classy (sometimes).I don't mind wearing bright colours and want at least a knee length dress.
My budget is £100 Max.
Any ideas ?

Thanks for the links.
I love lindy bop and wear them often but I don't see them as 'ball' .
Will have a look through rock my vintage as that a new brand to me Grin

If you like retro and quirky, best ones are get cutie, beautiful handmade dresses from Brighton. They are redoing their website at the moment but you can see their stuff from their Facebook page.

How about Pretty Eccentric? www.prettyeccentric.co.uk/clothing-c3/prom-t219

There are a few in your price range

starrynight123 · 14/06/2017 18:27

Have you tried Bravissimo? I mention it because you have a large bust (same here!) and they do clothes that fit really well. Finding them was a bit of a revelation for me.

Nellyphants · 14/06/2017 22:06

Paper those dresses are beautiful
