Sorry another saltwater thread

Just wondering on sizing. If you have ordered uk size 6 what does it say on the bottom of your shoe? Mine says 7 but I think that is uk size 5.

Also, do they loosen? I think that they are just long enough (toes touch the stitching) but are a teeny bit tight. However I don't want to get the size bigger if they will end up sloppy. If so I will stick with these and wear them in the house with socks to loosen them. (In the house only!)

Mine have a 6 on the bottom. I'm a U.K. 5 to 5 1/2 and they are fine in the length.
Mine were a bit tight to start with but I did the same as you and wore them with socks around the house and they are comfortable now.
I could also feel the stitching but I have skinny thin toes!

I ordered a 4 (I'm always a 4), the box said they were a 5 and they were definitely too long - couldn't see my toes peeping through

When I asked for a return they said it was American sizing so it was correct??

I'm a 6 to 6.5 and ordered a 7. Got them about 6 weeks ago, worn them most days, comfy from the start, no stretching, look good as new. I wish Saltwater made proper shoes too. Love them.

I'm a size 5-6, I bought UK 5/38 saltwaters (from office), and they say 6 on the bottom. I have very wide feet and they loosen very quickly (add water).

Hop in the shower with your sandals on and spray them till they are soaked through. Then wear until completely dry.

Sounds like you have the right size and they will relax and mould to your feet pretty quickly. Then you will be skipping through summer so comfily you will wonder how it took you so long to find saltwaters!

The ones I had which were a bit tight were the rose gold and a uk6 (7 on the bottom) ordered the same size in the red and they are not tight at all, the leather is so much softer than on the rose gold ones. I am going to return them as I prefer the red anyway. I now fancy the yellow too......
