& Other Stories jackets

Does anyone know which size should be good for & other stories leather jacket? Do they run small or big? I wont be able to try at the store, im too far away.
I have a shirt from them size us 4, the size is just right, not too tight not too lose, but im afraid that for a jacket 4 is too tight so i might not be able to wear a sweater underneath. Im usually an XS, but something go for an S for a bit more boxy style.
I dont trust their size chart, its a bit confussing with all the different sizes, us, uk, eu. Plus, i once tried an army jacket there, size S (8) and it was soooo huge on me.

They normally run big on me. I am a small there and size 10-12 notmally

The coat I have is on the generous side, or are at least cut to allow layering. You'll be fine with the same size as the shirt you have that fits.

If you actually look at their size guide, the things they do in S M L sizing use the same principles as COS (same company) where XS is 8, S is 10-12, M is 14-16, L is 18. Quite logical when you see it written down but vastly different to loads of shops where XL is a 14.
