Cheaper versions of Birkenstocks

I know they are like marmite but there are lots of Birks fans on here and I just wondered if anyone had tried and can recommend similar cheaper alternatives?

Such as, I love the look of these Office but I have tried Office ones before and they didn't fit well. I've also tried Primark and Matalan, neither were any good😟

I've got some from TKMaxx - they fit really well and are piss cheap.

That's the thing. Birkenstocks are so great because they are Birkenstocks so the alternatives just don't cut it. They have released cheaper range recently which is somewhere around 26 quid. They are made out of synthetic material. I have a pair. They are still ridiculously comfy and as a plus you can scrub them clean.

Nah, check TK Maxx or Amazon as they often have Birkies for about £25 - more limited colours but I've had three pairs from there and they were all fine.

I don't like the new rubber ones but they'd be great for by the pool. I suppose this is why they cost so much because they really are the most comfortable, none of the cheap ones I've tried fit properly.

Ebay has some great bargain Birkenstocks - think because they;re so Marmite lots of people buy them, wear them once and realise they don't like the feel/fit. Got several pairs off ebay for around a tenner Smile

I find Birkenstocks really uncomfortable. The cheap rip offs you get are much comfier for me. I have had them from Asda, Next and Heavenly Feet before. I would prefer to wear the real deal but I have bought them and had to give them to the charity shop.

I agree TK Maxx is your best bet.

I like those rose gold ones too. And I say that as a birkie hater. Haven't tried them on but they have v good reviews on their site for comfort.

Costco had some in for about £40, the 3 strap ones.

I love Birkenstocks, resisted them for years but they are my summer footwear of choice now.
