The search for smartish trousers

I would like a pair of trouser that roughly look like this BUT without the pleats at the front (because I am apple shaped and pleats at the front make me look like I am humpty dumpty).

I would, to add to the difficulty, very much like them to be not in a shiny polyester fabric. And I would like them to be navy, not black. And my absolute upper limit budget wise would probably be around £50.

Do such a pair of trousers even exist?

boden's richmond trousers come in navy - they are cotton with a bit of stretch and have no pleats. mine cost £75, but when i checked my inbox to see if the confirmation email had arrived after i ordered them, there was also an email for 20% off, so you may be able to get them with a discount.
