Saltwater sandals - where to try on

plum1304 · 05/06/2017 07:05

I know salt waters are a bit marmite on here of late, but I was wondering if anyone knew where I could try a pair on please?

I have wide, flat feet and so want to check they're comfy before committing! I am near London so within reach of lots of big shops.

Thank you!

I would like to know this too!

Office sell them

KeepCalm · 05/06/2017 07:40

Bigger branches of office have them

Clickncollect · 05/06/2017 20:50

As PP said, Office stock then. I went into the Lakeside Essex branch for one of my pairs but I'm sure the London stores would be well stocked.

mrslebon · 05/06/2017 22:11

Fat Face now stock them.

tellybear · 05/06/2017 22:13

Office.
You can order them into a branch and if they don't fit you can return in store.

coldflange · 05/06/2017 22:16

I tried some on in Office at the weekend

They fitted my feet okay but I struggled with the strap aay feet amd ankles were a bit swollen.

Maybe they stretch to fit but I cant pay £60 to find out.

In the dark.

I think if you have flat feet you should look for a more supportive sandal. I have a few pairs and really like them, however they really aren't suitable for people who need arch support.

They are reasonably durable though, for sandals. I've got some 6 year old ones and they still look good and feel very comfortable. If they make it to the same age as my Birkenstocks (15 years and counting, yes I wash them!) I'll be impressed.

Woody67 · 05/06/2017 23:58

I'd never heard of them so i googled them. They look like sandals I wore as a little girl in the 70's!

Littlelondoner · 06/06/2017 11:12

Try toast if you are in London.

AnnaNimmity · 06/06/2017 11:59

ha ha at in the dark!

They are pretty unflattering I think if you have wide feet. I have 2 pairs and don't really wear them (too flat).

Toast have some in stock I think. (I was in the Angel one recently and they have some there) and also office as pp have said.

MumBod · 06/06/2017 14:00

I love mine and they are sooo comfy.

They look pleasingly retro with cropped or turned up jeans.

I'm a fan.

I loved "in the dark" - brilliant!!

Thanks everyone I want to try hem on to see what they look like on And If they'll suit my feet. We'll see!

Will try office on oxford st at the weekend.

Thank you
