Bra intervention how do I measure

Can someone explain simply to me ? I usually get 38d and desperate to try the other method as I'm never comfortable

I did this and looked liked I'd lost a stone, lost back fat bulge and boobs could be seen as separate from my waist

I will say that new bras feel quite tight initially and you will need to scope all boob into cups.

Google Boob or Bust! I can guarantee you are NOT a 38D. I used to wear 32/34DD but measured as a 28GG and it's so much better.

Worked out I could be 34f! Am usually a size 16 will have to try some on that size
