Trainer sock problems

I have yet to find a pair of trainer socks that stays on my heels. Can anyone recommend anything.
It's driving me mad. I just want a pair of socks I can wear with trainers or pumps that are hidden.
Help!

I am wearing Primark Low Rise trainer socks. They are made of thin black sock material. No use for pumps as the front will still be too high but hidden in trainers (and five pairs for £2 I think).

I find cheapy multipack ones from H&M do the job well enough.

H&M. They have 2 types. One has a but if rubber across the back of the heel to stop them falling off. They're fab and I can finally wear trainer socks with shoes 😊
