Biotulin gel - any good or fad?

I've just read online about this Biotulin gel online. Apparently there were some reports that Kate Middleton had been using it & recommended it to Michelle Obama (I am not sure if there is any truth to it). Has anyone used it and is it any good?

Can I bump this almost a year later? Just read about this and was curious to hear if any mumsnetters had tried it? I have the most awful under eye lines that botox can't treat. I'm wondering if something like this might do something?
