Ladies with breast implants- what are we wearing?

Obviously there's the eternal quest for a pretty bra in a larger size when you don't need the support. Then something pretty like a summer dress or a top that fits without making you look too pneumatic. Attempting to look classy when you possibly overdid the silicone Grin

Don't you still need the support anyway? Surely you still need to support the breast tissue that surrounds the implant as that will still sag from the effects of gravity, time and the weight of the additions?

I would've thought your wardrobe woes were similar to those of most large breasted women, unless you've gone full Lolo Ferrari and are extremely out of proportion which then causes difficulties with fit.

You really don't need much support, I had the type of op which is really an uplift using an implant to fill out the baggy skin without the full uplift surgery. Everything pretty much stays in place but obviously you can lift if you want cleavage and you do need some wobble control and cover under some clothes for decency's sake! It's more like the breasts you had as a teenager, they don't need lifting or shaping to look full and high. You need a good sports bra to stop them lurching all over the place and damaging the natural breast tissue if you run.

Oh and as for the clothes, it is different. Most of us will have lived for years with breasts we were unhappy with, always having to wear a padded bra or use chicken fillets meaning we had the same restrictions as natural big breasted women. It is a joy and a revelation to be able to wear strappy tops or backless dresses!
