Is there a footner equivalent for legs?

My legs are shocking, loads of dry scaly skin and hard patches on my knees and where I cross my legs.

I was just thinking that a footner type thing is what I need to shed all the dead skin. Would footner be too harsh though?

Get a good body scrub. Or make your own with almond oil and sugar or sea salt. Use a loofah mitt as well. Then moisturise really well.

I don't find scrubs work that well on my knees. Hence why I thought a footner type thing might work better.

Try a moisturiser with urea in it. I like LRP Iso-Urea but if you want something stronger you could try Flexitol.

Try Ameliorate, it's really good.

Thanks. That's the kind of thing I was looking for! I actually have some flexitol so I'll give that a go first.

Urea is amazing! I bought some hand cream with it in and used it on my feet, it was the best thing ever!
