Hair Perfume

Anyone recommend a good one? (not too expensive please)

I've tried loads. None have been worth the money in my opinion.

Fekkai is frequently mentioned in cash mags, but I've tried the Rose Fraiche and Citron et Menthe and they're both synthetic mingers.

Percy & Reed also gets good reviews, but I found it chemically and horrid.

What fragrance do you wear? There are so many hair mists around now that are part of a fragrance line e.g. Flowerbomb, Miss Dior, Angel...

Personally, I've found that spraying a soft bristle brush with your perfume and running through your hair has the best effect. Spraying directly on to your hair can be drying depending on your hair type.

if you just want a subtle, naturally lovely-smelling hair styling range, though, I highly recommend Alterna Bamboo. The shine mist is lovely.

Thank you. I alternate between wearing Cath Kidston rose (don't laugh ;) ), Next Summer Sun (a Bronze Goddess dupe), Narciso Rodriguez Poudree, Jo Malone Red Roses, Angel Eau De Sucree and Paris.

I have the Coco Mademoiselle Hair Mist. It's lovely and not as expensive as the perfume.
I bought it from a Chanel Counter in a department store. I think it was House of Fraser.

I second the Alternator Bamboo spray. Smells gorgeous.

I just spray my hair brush.

I have the angel hair perfume it's gorgeous but depends on whether you like angel as it's a bit like it or hate it.

No laughs from me! I'm a perfumista freak, but not a snob!

Fragrance is all about what you love. If you like Angel, the hair mist is supposed to be divine. xxx
