Haircare giving me spots?

I'm not sure but I think shampoo and/or conditioner is giving me shoulder neck and chest acne. I can't seem to get rid of it I have no acne anywhere else.

I don't use products with SLS so I have no idea what's causing this or how to clear it up. Any ideas?

The product might be sitting on your skin especially the conditioner when you rinse it off.

I was previously advised to either flip my hair over the bath and wash it like that so no products gets onto my body.

Or making sure you wash off any hair products off your body thoroughly after you do you hair.

I make sure I soap my back again after doing my hair.

I find some shampoos and conditioners give me spots round and near my hairline. I usually avoid the creamy looking ones which helps. Wash your hair first, rinse well, then wash your body.

I wash my hair then wash my body to make sure I was off all of the product.

I find any styling products with oil in gives me spots around my cheeks where the hair ends touch
