I currently use Clinique pore minimiser serum as a base either on its own or under foundation as it gives a nice Matt finish. Recently tho it's been less matt towards the end of the day and I'm hoping people will have recommendations for a specific mattidying primer,

Smashbox does a mattifying primer. Its purple, you can ask for a sample or buy the small version which is like £10-15 i think

Smashbox or No7.

I use biore uv milk sunscreen (not the biore watery essence sunscreen) as a mattifying primer - its spf50, around £7 on eBay or amazon

I never thought I'd say this but Barry M does a good one and I heard a rumour that Wilkos primer is also very good too.

After tryings loads of expensive primers I'm loving the primark one.
