well in a way neither of them are - in liposuction the fat cells are removed but the fat can still come back but will appear in other (less natural area's) that is the same with the fat freezing methods. But the one i had empties the fat cell so it would simply fill up if the fat came back which i prefer as it's more natural. I guess both are permanent if you never ate fat again though so depends how good you are?

Donner is it painful? Expensive?

Was that after just one session or did you need a course? I've googled and my nearest salon offers this for £75 a session- sounds a bit too good to be true !?

It's sugar and carbs that cause fat cells to full up, not dietary fat.
