Whistles jeans

I've heard people quite like these but I don't have time to try them on or to order multiple pairs - a sizing question - a size 10 more likely to be a 27 or 28?
Or other recommendations for plain black skinny/slim fit jeans (I know, I know they're not 'in' but I find them very useful!) thanks

I really rate Whistles jeans. A 28 will be a 10 as I buy a 30 which is a 12. My favourites are All Saints Stilt, which is a high-waisted skinny and about the same price - I get a 29 in those which I assume is an 11.

Thank you! I find the 28/29/whatever thing really unnecessarily confusing as they don't seem to translate it into their usual sizes and everywhere varies so much. Will try a 28

I think a 10 ( I buy a 27 which is between 10 and 8- my one size 10 pair is a bit big, and my size 8 super skinnis pair from years back is a bit tight). They are smaller on the hips than some shop brands who cater more to the English pear (I am a strawberry) - well in the small sizes. I find the lengths good for me ( only a little too long) - but I am 5ft 2- so they may be short for a tall person. I also like AllSaints jeans.
