Nude tights and open sandals

I have a nice dress, red/pink jacket and rose gold open toed (comfortable) flat sandals with nude, shine tights. Got a busy rushing around, people meeting, day, heels are a no go. (legs have mossie bites so don't want to get them out)

Is this OK? or a fashion no no!

No!

PinkSquash · 01/06/2017 07:31

Definite no go, if you can, get some of the tights suitable for open toe sandals

MrsBadger · 01/06/2017 07:32

Or leg makeup

Chaby · 01/06/2017 07:33

Wear closed toe shoes or take the tights off. Maybe whack a bit of foundation mixed with moisturiser on if you want to make your legs look a bit better?

FathomsDeepAndFallingFurther · 01/06/2017 07:34

No. Closed toe shoes or bare legs.

60sname · 01/06/2017 07:36

No!

Auspiciouspanda · 01/06/2017 07:38

You could cut your feet out of the tights and hide the line in the strap of your sandals

Abetes · 01/06/2017 07:39

Another no here

Bangsheadontable · 01/06/2017 07:39

Never.

AnguaResurgam · 01/06/2017 07:47

I wouldn't.

Do you have other shoes with a closed heel and toe?

nakedscientist · 01/06/2017 08:09

Ok I'll take the tight off at work! Thanks!

Get some of that leg foundation spray to even up the skin tone.

I always thought the rule was 'warm enough for sandals then too warm for tights'. In truth, it's entirely up to you and how comfortable you are - can't imagine anyone will give your toes much thought but tights and sandals does rather smack of old lady.
