Bloated tummy tips and swimwer

Off on holiday tomorrow so have to don the dreaded swimsuit. I'm confident in clothes but throw a swimsuit at me and I stress out as my tummy always looks bloated. It gets more and more bloated whilst away due to my usually good diet going out the window not to mention all the wine.
But my biggest problem is that I need to go to work in order to poo - it's like I need the stress of work to make me go - so I only work 3 days a week and they are the only days I do a poo - sorry if tmi!
So going away for 10 days is going to be tricky - I usually end up looking like a football not to mention feeling dreadful and sluggish. If I use
a laxative however they either don't work or give me stomach pain.
Does anyone have any tips on how to stop the bloat?

I find a Fybogel drink a day helps with the bloating and ensures I go everyday.

Do you do any exercise? I find 10 minutes of anything that makes me break a sweat (but not cycling, I think that t's because my torso doesn't move) makes me poo in an instant. I would suggest trying to get this into your routine anyway to be honest - posing three times a week isn't healthy anyway.

I am sympathetic, I am also someone who expresses nerves and stress through their bowels. I was always bloated until I started doing regular exercise in a routine.

Thanks guys, not tried fybogel since my twenties when weirdly it made me more constipated but maybe I should revisit it.
Yes I do a 15-20 minute HIIT workout every day - it's so strange that I need a high stress level to make me go.

I generally really struggle to do a poo when away from home...can take many, many days to resolve and even then it's a struggle (but regular every day without fail when at home). Don't know why, maybe psychological. Just wanted to say that it's not just you.

Have you tried peppermint oil capsules? Take one before each meal. Helps everything move along & stimulates you to go, IME. I have IBS and often go up to a week without going. 3 times a week is quite good for me!
Peppermint tea helps too, but if you know this is likely to be an issue I'd go straight for capsules.
I know you can buy them in Hollandaise and Barratt, maybe Boots too?

Maybe look into a good probiotic
