What would you wear with this? (Picture)

I made an impulse purchase: a green vintage hat. It's quite bright. And now I have no idea what to wear with it!

My style is pretty 1950s/New Look: pencil skirts and blouses, peplum vintage suits, heels, fitted sheath dresses... I think I could definitely wear this with the suits but what colours would go. How would I pull it together?

I love it too! I'd wear it with grey, navy, possibly shades of green that weren't clashing.

In my mind's eye, I can see this with a trench coat. Yellow might be nice for the summer.

I can do that - lots of navy and grey in my wardrobe. My DP has suggested getting a green skirt in the same shade but I think that is a little matchy-matchy?
