Does it leave anyone else's hair greasy and nasty? And what are highlighted blondes using of not that paty?

I have some purple shampoo from Lush, it's called Daddyo. It's about £7/8 for a small bottle but I find I don't need a lot, even with waist length hair.
And it makes my hair smell like violets, which I love, and the scent lingers for ages.
